If you need to change your payment method for a purchase made on the Cleverbridge / Cakewalk Store, you can do so by clicking the "Change Payment Option" link found in the failed payment notice sent to your email address:
If you do not have access to your invoice, you can also request your order history to be sent to you again. You can do so at https://www.cleverbridge.com/?scope=cusecolp.
If your purchase history does not automatically show up, you can provide your email address to the link above. When doing so you will be emailed an overview of all orders you have placed on the Cleverbridge / Cakewalk Store. This overview will be sent to your email address. Please check your spam or junk mail folders if you do not receive the email address within 60 minutes.
When reviewing your Order History, each reference number will have a link to "All details on this order", as shown in the image below:
Clicking this link will bring you to a page with more details. If payment has failed on your order, this page should list details in regards to the payment failure and you should have a "Change payment option" link as shown below.
Click this "Change payment option" link to update your payment information associated with this order.
