Keyboard shortcuts

The following Piano Roll view Track pane commands can be assigned to keyboard shortcuts (not assigned by default):

Auto Lock On / Off

Track Filter On / Off

Focus Next Track

Focus Previous Track

Select All Tracks

Clear Selected Tracks

Invert Selected Tracks

Add Selected Tracks to Filter (Professional and Platinum only)

New Filter From Selection (Platinum only)

To assign keyboard shortcuts, go to Edit > Preferences > Customization - Keyboard Shortcuts. Under Area, select Piano Roll View, then select the desired command and shortcut. For details, see Key bindings.

Note - Using Offline Help

Note: If you prefer to always use offline Help, go to Edit > Preferences > File > Advanced in your Cakewalk software and select Always Use Offline Help.

If you are not connected to the internet, your Cakewalk software will default to showing offline help until an internet connection becomes available.
