SONAR 2016.04 Update Fixes and Workflow Enhancements

- Fixed a case where SONAR could hang on close
- Corrected a documentation inaccuracy related to the location of TTSSEQ.INI
- Opening Help module no longer causes draw corruption when editing in staff view.
- Enabling X-Ray on the Help Module now works as expected
- Setting an audio track input to a mono source no longer changes track interleave
- Tab to transient no longer fails after adding tempo changes
- Repaired an issue where SONAR would sometimes incorrectly launch as a demo
- Various improvements to Offline Authorization
- Corrected a case where automation write did not respond when inserting soft synth from track template
- Default synth icons now load as originally saved in the Synth Rack View.
